Permanent Injunction Order止令
In the traditional American law case of patent infringing, as if infringe is available, court will issue permanent injunction, avoid of infringing again. But in the case of Ebay v. MercExchange, American court did not do like this.
在美国的专利侵权方面的判例传统中,只要侵权成立,法院方面就会根据侵权来发布永久禁止令,防止侵权人再次侵权。
